Was a fabulous base for trip. Nicely presented venue, handy location close enough to the buses, next pub and stadium, appreciated our stay. The breakfast was savoury for bread for toast, and all the food was tasty. Even though the hotel was a bit shabby, we got a nice size and great value room with bedside table and good views. Extremely helpful and well-trained staff like the one female member of staff, which was unquestionably a plus...

We also loved the fact that the hotel had free car parking, which is a rare find in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to Richmond Park, allowing us to easily explore the park and enjoy its natural beauty.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving us a jaw-dropping welcome. Our room was mind-blowingly comfortable and the access to the pub for meals and drinks was a fantastic convenience. The meals were delicious and reasonably priced. The location was amazingly convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as the park, gardens, and historic sites. Parking was a breeze with plenty of space. We had a wonderful two-night stay and highly recommend it. Additionally, the complimentary wi-fi, free parking, and luggage storage were a great bonus. The bar/lounge area and restaurant provided a great ambiance and the electric kettle in the room was very convenient. Plus, it was great that the hotel was pet-free and non-smoking.
